Assisted Low Care

This care will be available to all residents and co-residents of the assisted living and shall include:
A medical service to cater for the application of medications, dressings, administration of injections, monitor tests and providing advice and reassurances
The provision of a 24-hour medical response service by health care personnel to emergency
Cleaning service (Laundry included to 5kg*) once a week. (Special items for dry cleaning not included)
20 Lunch Meals per month (pre-selected on Menu)
Emergency Ambulance Service (for own account)
Four (4) Nurse Visits per day (pre-schedule)
Liaising with each resident’s private doctor
The provision of a 24-hour Nurse Call
Nutrition monitoring
Personal hygiene evaluation
System for personal emergencies
Administration of medical records
Physical risk evaluation

Assisted High Care

The resident will be cared for in the High Care section of the Facility or in the comfort of their own home. Prices might change depending on place of care. This care will be offered based on the needs of the resident and/or co-resident in consultation with their private doctor and the decision by the Service Provider. Resident will supply own bed (normal or hospital) or the option to rent is available (only applicable to the Facility). This service includes all items listed above for Mid Care plus
Regular supervision and monitoring during each day
Mobility in unit and to and from the common areas of the facility
Incontinence control and maintenance
Laundry of bed linen and towels as needed (Special items for dry cleaning not included)
Cleaning (if in unit 3 times per week)
Daily nurse visits
All meals included
All additional care and monitoring that may be required and that may be provided by the Service Provider
Shower/bed bath patients
2- 4 hourly pressure care
Oxygen treatment as prescribed (oxygen excluded)
Wound dressings
Take blood samples and send to lab
Order medication from Pharmacy
Emergency treatment as required
Call patient doctor when required
Accompany doctor to patient
Organize multi-disciplinary team
Call patient family when needed

Assisted Mid Care

This care will be offered based on the needs of the resident and/or co-resident in consultation with their private doctor.
A medical service to cater for the application of medications, dressings, administration of injections, monitor tests and providing advice and reassurances
The provision of a 24-hour medical response service by health care personnel to emergency
The general engagement and supervising of an adequate complement of qualified staff to ensure that all the services as specified are provided
Emergency Ambulance Service (for own account)
Liaising with each resident’s private doctor
30 or 31 lunch meals per month
20 breakfast and dinner meals per month (pre-select on Menu)
8 Nurse visits per day (pre-schedule)
Personal hygiene evaluation
Physical risk evaluation
Cleaning Service three times per week (Laundry included to 5kg) (Special items for dry cleaning not included)
The provision of a 24-hour Nurse Call System for personal emergencies
Administration of medical records
The provision of basic nursing services includes
The administration of medicines (including injections) but excluding consumables
10 visits by nursing personnel (pre-schedule)
Ordering, control and administration of medication
General health monitoring in conjunction with the resident’s medical doctor
1 bed wash/bath/shower per day
