Hands-on Assisted Living

Care services are based on the assumption that owners and/or nominated occupants are able to dress and bathe themselves and can prepare simple breakfast, make a cup of tea and a light snack using own provisions stocked in their fridge. Lunch time meals are available with a certain number of meals that are provided and included in the monthly levy, laundry is done once a week, and the unit is cleaned once a week.

Once an owner/nominated occupant has chosen to be on a pre-selected plan, monthly payment is compulsory even if the owner/nominated occupant is temporarily not present to receive the services. Unless an occupier is not on a pre-selected plan, all services required will be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis.

The Assisted Living service can be categorized into three types of care; however the needs of residents will differ and therefore the level of care will be tailored to suit the residents’ needs.
